Tyler Greene, the former Cardinals enigmatic first rounder, is a player that was not liked very well in St. Louis. He was enormously talented and had the skill set to be an explosive middle infielder. Unfortunately, he never performed, which is why the Cardinals traded him to Houston for a bag of baseballs and why Houston released him this spring in favor of another Cardinals' castoff, Ronny Cedeno.
Now, because of a pair of injuries in the Chicago White Sox middle infield, Greene is getting yet another chance.
In a corresponding move, the @whitesox purchased the contract of INF Tyler Greene from @knightsbaseball.

Greene has been playing with the Triple-A affiliate of the White Sox so far in 2013. He has appeared in 8 games and is hitting .265 with no home runs and zero stolen bases.
I am not really sure why I felt compelled to post this article except that Greene was such an infuriating player that it must be pointed out that he is getting yet another chance to fail.
